• Important Note:Before installation, ensure the wall surface is clean, dry, smooth, flat, non-porous, and free of grout or texture. It is not suitable for rough, cracked, or powdery surfaces (such as painted walls or uneven tiles). If problems occur during the initial installation, clean the suction cup and dry it thoroughly with a hairdryer.Then test on a smooth glass surface. If the suction is normal, try a different wall surface.
